คำถามที่มักจะได้รับมาบ่อย ๆ

1.เรามีทีมงานกันกีคน

สำหรับทีมงานเราเน้นกันทำงานเป็นแบบ PartnerShip มีในส่วนของ Developer กรณีทำ Website หรือ Application / มีในส่วนของ Graphic Design ใน House ซึ่งทำงานร่วมกัน

โดยทางเราเป็นคนบริหารการจัดการเวลา Timeline และ Cost ค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆที่เกิดขึ้น

 

2.Why is the duration of my call a negative figure?

This can happen when the time settings for your client and the server are not synchronized. Please contact your administrator.

 

3.I see a different layout when calling in from a video system from the ones I can see when I select Use a video system in the client. Why?

When you use a video system to join a call (not connected via a client), you cannot control the layout. The video system uses a default layout that is set on the server by your administrator. The set default layout may be one that is not available in your client.

 

4.Why do I see the error message “Certificate failure. The connecting server is not presenting a valid certificate?

You get this message because a domain name is missing in the certificate. Please contact your administrator.

 

5.How do I set or change my password?

You cannot set or change your password in the Acano client.

 

6.Why can the other participants not hear me when my microphone is active?

All communication between you and other participants is going through a server. If another participant has muted your audio on the server, your audio feed is sent to the server, but it is not sent from the server to other participants.
If you have permission, you can unmute your audio. Go to the Participants view, click on your own name and select Unmute audio.
If you cannot umute yourself, a participant with the appropriate permissions will have to do it for you.

 

7.What is the difference between me muting my microphone and someone else muting my audio?

All communication between you and other participants is going through a server.
When you have muted your microphone, no audio is sent to the server.
When someone else have muted your audio, your audio can still be sent to the server, but it is not transmitted from the server to other participants.

 

8.Why does the screen layout change when I move my coSpace video to a video system?

Transferring video from the Acano client to a SIP endpoint you may notice that the Speaker large screen layout changes slightly from to change in Speaker large screen layout on SIP endpoint . The Acano solution uses layout proportions to automatically organize the layout on the screen for the best possible layout on the SIP endpoint.

 

9.Can I use a normal phone for audio?

You can dial out to a normal phone and take the audio there.
For example, if you use your browser to dial into a coSpace, to take the audio on your phone, select Audio and video options , then select Use a phone for audio. Type in the phone number and select Call me. When you answer your phone, the audio is there and only the video remains on the browser client. Note that the call is dial out, and therefore the organization running the Acano service pays for the call.

 

10.Can I see who is in the coSpace before entering?
